Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out sooner than this). All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  All orders are a flat rate $3.95 shipping charge unless otherwise specified. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays.

 

Shipping

Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. 

 

By utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery we are able to reach any domestic address.  Estimated shipping times have been provided below. Please keep in mind; these time frames include our processing period, which can take up to 72 business hours.

 

Shipping Method :  USPS               Contiguous United States : 5-10 business days                   Alaska & Hawaii : 10-15 business days             

        

Shipping to an APO Address

By utilizing FedEx SmartPost, we are able to offer shipping to military addresses. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

 

Using your bag

Use as directed. For optimal protection, do not remove your phone from the BOUNDLESS SAUNA BAG™ while in sauna or place your bag directly on sauna bench.  Before entering the sauna or steamroom, start your playlist, podcast or audiobook.  Tuck your most precious personal device, safely away, in the Boundless Sauna Bag.  Avoid direct contact with the bench by placing your Boundless Sauna Bag in your lap, or on a small towel.  Next, thoroughy enjoy your sauna/steam session for up to 30 minutes in temperatures up to 195 degrees fahrenheit. 

 

Care

We recommend hand-washing your Boundless Sauna Bag.  Skip the machine and give the bag a quick sponge bath using a mild liquid detergent. It is a simple process and can be done in the sink.  Just wipe the interior and exterior of the bag down with a damp sponge and a small amount (and we do mean small—about a 1/2 teaspoon will do it) of detergent. Then rinse the sponge well and go back over the bag a few times to remove the soap residue and allow the bag to air dry.

 

Disinfecting wipes are also a good way to quickly relieve a your bag of any bacterial buildup!  

 

If you are caught in a pinch and need to dry your boundless sauna bag quickly, choose the air-only cycle with or low heat to speed drying.  Add the bag to the dryer with a couple of clean, dry cotton towels and allow the cycle to tumble for only 10 to 15 minutes.

 

Return Policy

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days from original purchase. Please include the original packaging and include a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

 

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3-4 business days of receipt.  Please allow five business days for credits to be posted to your account. You will receive an email once your return or exchange has been processed.
