Orders are placed through Amazon's trusted site. Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship within 24 hours). All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on quantity.  One item $3.99 to $4.99. Reduced rate for multiple items. Upon shipping you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. 

 

By utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery we're able to reach any domestic address.  Estimated shipping times have been provided below. Please keep in mind, the time frames include our processing period, which can take up to 72 business hours.

 

Shipping Method :  USPS -  Contiguous United States : 3 - 5 business days  /  Alaska & Hawaii : 5 -10 business days             

        

Shipping to an APO Address

By utilizing FedEx SmartPost, we're able to offer shipping to military addresses. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

 

Using your bag

Use as directed. For optimal protection, do not remove your phone from the BOUNDLESS SAUNA BAG™ while in the sauna, or place your bag directly on the sauna bench.  Before entering the sauna or steam room, start your playlist, podcast, or audiobook.  Tuck your phone safely away, in the Boundless Sauna Bag.  Avoid direct contact with the bench by placing your Boundless Sauna Bag in your lap, or on a small towel.  Last, enjoy your sauna/steam session for up to 30 minutes in temperatures up to 195 degrees fahrenheit. 

 

Care

Caring for your bag is easy!  Skip the machine and give the bag a quick sponge bath using a disinfecting antibacterial wipe to relieve your bag of any bacteria.

Return Policy

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days from the original purchase. 

 

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3-4 business days of receipt.  Please allow five business days for credits to be posted to your account. You will receive an email once your return or exchange has been processed.
